- Since 1999, we have assisted over +50,000 families. The demand for our services has increased 36% since 2016.
- In 2017, our coalition created and won a “Safe and Welcoming City Ordinance", in the city of Everett.

- Expand our workforce development and community outreach programs, creating a pathway to employment and public service for our members.
- Support safe and welcoming cities legislation at the state and local level.
- Launch a women’s entrepreneurial circle.
- Embark on a capital campaign to fund a new ground-floor accessible office in Everett.

- The Latino immigrant community of Everett is an active subject that affirms its dignity as human beings, assert its social rights and promotes its development in education, housing, health, migration, economy and its relations with public and private entities. All from a position of justice and power through the organizational space of LCI.

- La Comunidad, Inc, achieves the full participation and development of the Latino immigrant population, other communities in Everett and its surroundings; developing a combined strategy of community organization, political incidence/advocacy, systemic change and efficient provision of quality services based on principles of social justice, community solidarity and self-management.

- Desde 1999, hemos atendido a más de +50,000 familias. La demanda de nuestros servicios ha aumentado un 36% desde el 2016.
- En 2017, nuestra coalición creó y ganó una “Ordenanza de Ciudad Segura y Acogedora” en Everett.
